چکیده
Abstract Measles virus (MeV) causes a highly contagious systemic viral infection that remains an important cause of morbidity and mortality in children worldwide. While recovery from measles induces life-long protective immunity, it also immune amnesia which can lead to higher susceptibility other infections. To better understand the long-term responses induced by MeV vaccine versus wildtype (WT) MeV, first, we studied rhesus macaques for six months after WT or Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR) inoculation. We quantified total antibody secreting cells (ASC) MeV-specific ASCs peripheral blood mononuclear (PBMCs) using well-characterized house methods ELISpot; assessed IgG, avidity, plaque reduction neutralization titers. Second, whether loss memory post is linked eviction B bone marrow (BM) into circulation. BM PBMCs live attenuated (LAMV) vaccinated monkeys were cultured supernatant isotype antigen specificity ELISA. PBMC cultures produced detectable amount recognition profiles will be compared via Virscan, phage-display technology epitope mapping. A novel panel non-human primate (NHP) pathogen peptides representing Herpesviruses, Retroviruses, Adenoviruses, Pneumoviruses, Enteroviruses developed expressed system with plans use them characterize changes production. hypothesis robust response accompanied long-lived plasma niches resulting Ab diversity does not occur LAMV. Measles Virus Infection: Mechanisms of Immune Suppression
Measles virus (MV) is a highly contagious respiratory pathogen that causes systemic disease; most individuals recover with lifelong immunity to MV. Enormous progress toward measles elimination has been made worldwide, in large part due to the availability of a safe and effective vaccine (CDC, 2000; WHO, 2005; 2009; 2010). However, measles infections still cause 500,000 deaths annually, mostly d...

Humoral Immune Response Induced by PLGA Micro Particle Coupled Newcastle Disease Virus Vaccine in Chickens
This experiment was conducted for evaluating the humoral immune responses induced by Poly Lactide-co-Glycolide Acid (PLGA) microspheres coupled inactivated Newcastle Disease Virus (NDV) vaccine in comparison to an ‘in-house’ prepared inactivated and a live commercial vaccine. PLG microparticles containing inactivated NDV were prepared by a double emulsion technique based on solvent evaporation ...

15 صفحه اولZika virus pathogenesis in rhesus macaques is unaffected by pre-existing immunity to dengue virus
Zika virus (ZIKV) is a re-emerging virus that has recently spread into dengue virus (DENV) endemic regions and cross-reactive antibodies (Abs) could potentially affect ZIKV pathogenesis. Using DENV-immune serum, it has been shown in vitro that antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE) of ZIKV infection can occur. Here we study the effects of pre-existing DENV immunity on ZIKV infection in vivo. We i...
